How to place an order Please email (amylawch@aabenjaminjewelry.com) us with the order information, do not include your credit card number. If you would like to e-mail credit card information, please send the card number and the expiration date on 2 separate e-mails or we can call you via telephone to receive your charge number. You can still fax (713.965.0222) or telephone (713.965.0555) your order & credit card numbers.We will confirm the availability of items via phone, fax or e-mail within 48 hours. Freight charges are not included in pricing. Checks & MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted drawn on U.S. banks only due to credit card regulations. All American Express cards are accepted. Debit card amounts over $1000.00 must be processed on 2 or more separate days due to limits on amounts that can be drawn against a debit card per day. Notice to International Buyers All items will be shipped via USPS Registered U.S. mail, Federal Express or UPS (unless other arrangements are made), after the credit card or check has been processed and cleared. We will ship all items insured for their full value. If you choose to send a money order, cashier's check, or bank check, the items will be shipped when the check has been processed and cleared through the bank. All personal check amounts over $1500 should be sent on 2 separate checks to avoid hold delays. Sorry, no COD or "on approval" orders accepted. Credit cards will be billed prior to shipment, no exceptions. Texas residents add appropriate sales tax. Houston residents add 8.25% tax. |
